User manual

Open top

The type of body:

The body is sewn by 4 sides (2 length x 2 width) and has a box shape (square bag).

The body is made of a round tube, unfortunately at 4 edges, but sewn at the mouth and bottom to form (circle)

Fabrics for sewing the body are also woven PP, but the load-bearing capacity of this type is large, the average weight is 145-240 grams / m2.

Depending on the requirements of each customer, this body fabric is coated with an extra layer of PE outside or inside, for anti-moisture purposes.

Materials used for this type of packaging if hygroscopic or liquid is required PE coating.

Design of the bottom of the bag:

+ Flat bottom: Sewing material on the bottom is the same as that of the body.

+ Discharge spout at the bottom of the bag, there is an additional drain pipe, the purpose is to discharge the goods inside the bag when in use. The exhaust pipe has the same size and design as the intake pipe and has an attached drawstring, to pull out the cord and discharge the goods.
